One Gift Wonders Gift Guide: My Favorite Things

I’ve been practicing a radical new habit: ONE gift for each of my loved ones during the holidays. In years past, holidays involved a buying frenzy: anxious filling of my cart with every stocking stuffer and cute pink thing I could find. I figured, “If I throw all balls at the wall, maybe a few will stick.” Boy, have times changed.

Being a professional organizer taught me a thing or two about the other side of receiving. I’ve seen the struggle people go through to rid themselves of gifts they don’t love. This year, think quality over quantity and give one gift that will truly spark joy in its receiver. Be present. Release yourself from the need to get it perfect because it really is the thought that counts. Here’s a little inspo if the idea well’s run dry. One Gift Wonders: My Favorite Things.
